Giants: A run to the Playoffs
Hey guys sorry for the long break between posts. This post is going to be all about my favorite baseball team the San Francisco Giants. This year they have a 96% chance of making it to the playoffs for the first time since 2003 when they made it into the World Series and lost to the Angels. Let us Giants fans hope that this time around we do better and win it all because that would be awesome for San Francisco.
The Giants have an amazing roster this year with the potential NL Rookie of the Year Buster Posey who has been a solid hitter for the Giants since he was called up in May. Then we have to look at the pitching staff of Tim Lincecum, Matt Cain, Jonathan Sanchez, and Barry Zito. These are our main starters and they have all been very successful in September and getting us to this magical postseason. Also our closers have been amazing especially Brain Wilson who has 47 saves in 51 attempts and is one away from tieing the regular season saves for the Giants.
Tonight is the night where the Giants play for magic number of 1. If we win tonight people are looking at the NL West Regular Season Champs. I will keep everyone updated with a post tomorrow. I hope you keep following my love affair with sports.
